Zoning analysis of subject property.
Coordination with design team regarding completion & subsequent submission of any DHCD (affordable housing checklist/app) and any documents of pertinent to Inclusionary Zoning if applicable.

Development Needs
- Evaluation of permit needs for the duration of the project in all phases
- Creation of permit/approval list for entire project
- Coordinate with design, owner and builder to create project calendar
- Create listing of regulatory personnel necessary to the building permit process
- Coordination of all Pre-Design Review Meetings and the compiling of all notes from those meetings as part of submissions to the respective review department (example DDOT PDRM minutes will be compiled and submitted with any DDOT permit application submissions)

Team Coordination
Coordination with design team regarding completion & subsequent submission of all documents and applications regarding the DCWASA permitting process (permits, fees: pipe relocation, tap).
Coordination with design team regarding completion & subsequent submission of all documents and applications regarding the DDOT permitting process (permits: public space, sheeting/shoring) via the TOPS tracking system or in-person submission
Coordination with design team regarding completion & subsequent submission of all documents and regarding the DDOE review process.
Submission coordination with project schedule and overall project goals.
Coordination with design team regarding completion & subsequent submission of all documents and applications regarding the DCWASA permitting process (permits, fees: pipe relocation, tap).

Securing Permits (Expediting)
Upon receipt of all approvals and all fees paid by the client, securing of the building permit, DDOT permits, DC Water Certificate of Availability, Approved DC Water Plans, Approved Storm-water Management Plans, Approved Sediment/Erosion Control Plans, Approved DC Surveyor’s Plat and official stamped plans from DCRA
- Completion & subsequent submission of the Construction on Private Property Permit Application package, including coordination with the design team to complete all documents found in the application package.
Upon receipt of all approvals and all fees paid by the client, securing of the building permit, DDOT permits, DC Water Certificate of Availability, Approved DC Water Plans, Approved Storm-water Management Plans, Approved Sediment/Erosion Control Plans, Approved DC Surveyor’s Plat and official stamped plans from DCRA
